• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to establish personalized treatment plans, tailoring therapeutic interventions to meet their individual needs.
• Engage clients in preventive and recovery-focused therapy to help them achieve desired mental health outcomes and enhance coping strategies.
• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback, ensuring effective management of their mental health journey.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and agencies, participating in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss and coordinate client care effectively.
• Complete detailed documentation of sessions and interventions in a timely manner, adhering to ethical guidelines and seeking continuous improvement in record-keeping practices.
• Maintain a manageable caseload, ensuring every client receives the attention and care they deserve while keeping accurate notes of sessions.
• Participate actively in team meetings and professional development sessions to contribute to and enrich our organizational culture.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our organization is dedicated to providing culturally competent care and is particularly focused on serving underrepresented populations in the Brockton area. Your ability to build rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds will be essential in facilitating effective treatment outcomes.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• A current, full license in Massachusetts (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW) is required.
• At least one year of hands-on experience in a mental health counseling role or related field.
• Familiarity with community mental health resources, including crisis intervention services and support groups.
• Demonstrated exceptional written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective client interaction and documentation.
• Strong ability to build rapport with diverse clients, fostering a safe and welcoming therapeutic environment.
• Exemplary leadership qualities, with a collaborative spirit and a commitment to professional growth.

• Previous work within an outpatient setting or community mental health organization.
• Experience utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation, scheduling, and billing processes.
• A background in trauma-informed care or specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, determined by your experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
