• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to determine patients' specific needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.
• Develop, implement, and continually update personalized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices, tailored to individual patient goals.
• Facilitate a range of therapeutic interventions such as individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy using techniques like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches.
• Conduct psychoeducational and support group sessions to create a sense of community and to address prevalent mental health issues effectively.
• Work in tandem with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment strategies for patients.
• Provide crisis intervention services as necessary, offering immediate support and guidance during mental health emergencies.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, therapeutic processes, and resources available in the community to foster greater understanding and commitment to treatment.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring documentation supports clinical decisions made during treatment.
• Participate actively in case consultations and professional development sessions, contributing insights and learning from colleagues’ experiences.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health therapy, integrating new research findings into your practice to enhance treatment outcomes.

You will treat individuals with different cultural backgrounds and life experiences, focusing on personalized care that respects their unique perspectives and promotes healing. This role centers on empowering clients to navigate their mental health journeys, equipping them with the tools to improve their overall well-being.

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Massachusetts.
• Thorough knowledge of prevalent mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and to develop comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Experience in delivering therapeutic services to a range of populations, accommodating diverse mental health needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients and collaborate with team members.
• Solid judgment, discretion, and adherence to professional ethics and boundaries in practice.
• Ability to navigate EHR systems and utilize digital tools effectively in delivering care.
• Capacity for teamwork and collaboration in a multidisciplinary environment.

• Experience working in outpatient settings or community mental health programs.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and the unique dynamics of remote therapy.
• Proven track record of developing treatment plans that yield positive patient outcomes.
