This role is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth to provide services. Our organization operates with a flexible schedule, allowing sessions to be conducted seven days a week between 7 am and 10 pm. You will be equipped with innovative technologies and platforms for providing care efficiently and effectively, allowing you to reach a diverse patient population from the convenience of your home.

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' trauma history and determine appropriate treatment pathways.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at facilitating trauma recovery and fostering resilience in clients.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to support clients' healing journeys.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to help clients process trauma, develop coping mechanisms, and further their emotional healing.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care tailored to meet clients' needs.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during instances of trauma-related emergencies.
• Educate clients and their families regarding trauma responses and effective coping strategies, as well as available community resources.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in case consultations, professional development activities, and team meetings focused on best practices in trauma-informed care.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in trauma therapy to continuously improve service delivery.

Our client base primarily consists of individuals dealing with the aftermath of trauma and various mental health challenges. As a counselor, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients from diverse backgrounds, including adults, couples, and families. Your role will involve not only helping them process trauma but also equipping them with skills and strategies to lead resilient and fulfilling lives.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current, valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• Demonstrated understanding of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment approaches.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure efficient documentation and management of client information.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, characterized by a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Experience in delivering trauma-focused therapeutic interventions and developing resilience-building strategies.

The compensation for this remote LPC position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also offer numerous benefits, including guaranteed pay with annual increases, paid orientation, and monthly professional development. Additionally, enjoy a flexible schedule, no required on-call hours, and full clinical caseload established typically within the first 90 days (credentialing covered by us).
