Work Environment

This role is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth to provide services. Our organization operates with a flexible schedule, allowing sessions to be conducted seven days a week between 7 am and 10 pm. You will be equipped with innovative technologies and platforms for providing care efficiently and effectively, allowing you to reach a diverse patient population from the convenience of your home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' trauma history and determine appropriate treatment pathways.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at facilitating trauma recovery and fostering resilience in clients.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to support clients' healing journeys.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to help clients process trauma, develop coping mechanisms, and further their emotional healing.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care tailored to meet clients' needs.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during instances of trauma-related emergencies.
  • Educate clients and their families regarding trauma responses and effective coping strategies, as well as available community resources.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Engage in case consultations, professional development activities, and team meetings focused on best practices in trauma-informed care.
