• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health and emotional well-being of clients during scheduled teletherapy sessions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific needs and goals, using client input to create the most effective strategies.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, tailored to client preferences.
• Regularly monitor and document clients’ progress in a secure and confidential manner, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention support, helping clients navigate through acute emotional distress and ensuring their safety and mental health stability.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations, ensuring ethical practice at all times.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social service workers, to coordinate integrated care plans and support for clients.
• Stay informed of the latest developments in mental health treatment methodologies, engaging in continuous education and training opportunities.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Tranquil Oasis, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role is crucial in helping clients develop coping strategies, enhance their emotional resilience, and achieve their personal goals. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
