Location: New York
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide remote therapy services to clients in New York. In this role, you will meet with individuals, couples, and families through telehealth, assess their concerns, create treatment plans, and help them work through relationship issues, family conflict, stress, communication problems, and major life changes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
  • Complete intake assessments and review client history
  • Create treatment plans based on each client's needs and goals
  • Support clients with relationship concerns, family conflict, stress, anxiety, and life transitions
  • Track client progress and update care plans as needed

Requirements

  • Active LMFT license in New York
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience working with individuals, couples, or families
  • Comfortable providing therapy through telehealth
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
