Your work will involve a combination of telehealth sessions, case documentation, and interprofessional consultations.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Peaceful Minds Therapeutic Services, your day-to-day functions will be dynamic and impactful. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' needs and developing individualized treatment plans based on best practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Delivering high-quality psychotherapy services, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tailored to clients' unique circumstances.
• Maintaining accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
• Collaborating with other mental health professionals within our multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes for your patients.
• Participating in regular peer review meetings and case consultations to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to high standards of care.
• Educating clients and their families about mental health issues, while providing resources and support to navigate their treatment journey effectively.
• Staying current with the latest research and developments in mental health to integrate new findings into your practice.

Your work will focus on a diverse group of individuals seeking support for various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma-related issues. By providing a safe and empathetic space, you will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their challenges and work toward recovery.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a similar setting, specializing in psychotherapy.
• Proficiency in a range of therapeutic interventions and solution-focused approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on compassion and empathy.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to navigate complex client situations.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively within a team.

While the aforementioned qualifications are essential, applicants with experience in remote therapy, knowledge of digital mental health solutions, or specific training in trauma-informed care will be given preference. Familiarity with the challenges faced by clients in a detox setting will be highly valued as well.
