Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

The compensation structure for this position includes an annual base salary plus eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus incentive. In addition, 21st Century offers comprehensive health benefits and a 401(k) plan with up to a 4% company match.* You will be assigned a primary location; however, you may occasionally be asked to provide coverage outside of that area. This may include supporting vacancies, leaves of absence, higher patient census, or other client care needs.
