This position supports a remote work setting, inclusive of an outpatient office arrangement in Philadelphia. Our flexible approach allows therapists to create a workspace suited to their needs while maintaining a strong connection with colleagues through regular virtual meetings and case discussions. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to client care. As a full-time therapist, your work schedule will typically be Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required based on client appointments and needs.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, applying evidence-based practices to formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize and implement various therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to address specific mental health conditions effectively.
• Maintain precise clinical records and documentation while adhering to HIPAA regulations and our internal policies to ensure client confidentiality and quality of care.
• Engage collaboratively with a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and peer therapists during case consultations and treatment reviews to refine care strategies.
• Provide education and ongoing support to clients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and community resources available for additional assistance.
• Commit to ongoing professional development by staying informed of the latest research, interventions, and best practices in the mental health field, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery.

You will work with a diverse client base, including adults dealing with anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and other mental health challenges. Your tailored approach to treatment recognizes the complexities of each individual’s experience, focusing on personalized care that respects their unique situations and cultural backgrounds. The therapist-client interactions contribute significantly to improved overall mental health outcomes and quality of life for the individuals we serve.

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• An active, unrestricted license to practice in the state of Pennsylvania as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is essential.
• You must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with clients and team members.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are necessary to address complex client situations thoughtfully and thoroughly.
• A commitment to teamwork and collaboration, appreciating diverse perspectives to enhance client care.

• Experience in applying solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, adapting methods to meet the specific requirements of clients.
