This remote position allows therapists to work from the comfort of their home while remaining fully integrated with our compassionate team. Staff will maintain an outpatient facility's standards for client interaction and care coordination while utilizing remote communication tools. Extended evening or weekend hours may be established to accommodate client schedules, ensuring our service availability aligns with the needs of our diverse patient population.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine patient needs and establish personalized treatment goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to individuals, couples, and families.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic support groups that enable community bonding and shared healing experiences.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
• Provide crisis intervention support during critical mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and effective responses.
• Educate clients regarding their mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to aid their recovery journey.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapy sessions and assessments in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations to enhance collaborative treatment efforts, while also pursuing professional development opportunities.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments and research in mental health practices to continuously improve therapeutic outcomes.
