• Perform detailed psychosocial assessments to deeply understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources available for support.
• Provide tailored individual, family, and group therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop customized treatment plans with clearly defined goals and interventions, ensuring that they align with each client's unique needs and aspirations.
• Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver integrated care that addresses all aspects of a client's health.
• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, creating a supportive space for shared experiences and collective healing.
• Conduct crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning, responding adeptly to emergencies that may arise.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation according to ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance and accountability in client care.
• Engage with ongoing professional development opportunities, both through internal training programs and continuing education.

You will primarily work with individuals, couples, and families facing a diverse range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and we emphasize culturally informed care that respects and responds to their unique experiences and values. You will play a crucial role in guiding each client toward their personal goals, thereby enhancing their emotional well-being and overall quality of life.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid, active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Clear understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and modalities relevant to the treatment of mental health issues.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills necessary for building rapport with clients and collaborating with the treatment team.

A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred. Candidates with a strong foundation in therapeutic modalities, particularly in working with diverse populations, will be best suited for this role. Demonstrable experience in crisis intervention and safety assessments is also highly valued.
