• A valid and current license as a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a therapeutic alliance with clients.
• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach when interacting with clients.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and effective time management strategies to balance caseloads and responsibilities.
• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional record.
