This role is entirely remote, allowing you to provide high-quality mental health services from the comfort of your own home while maintaining the necessary flexibility to meet the needs of diverse client schedules. As a member of our team, you will collaborate closely with a variety of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for clients. Your remote position also includes flexible scheduling, incorporating evening and weekend hours to accommodate clients’ varying availability.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations to gather comprehensive information about clients' mental health history, concerns, strengths, and resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate specific goals and therapeutic interventions, adjusting them as necessary in response to client progress.
• Engage in regular collaboration with multidisciplinary treatment teams to ensure all aspects of client care are synchronized and productive.
• Facilitate crisis intervention when required, conducting risk assessments and safety planning to manage acute situations effectively.
• Document client interactions and treatment progress promptly and accurately to comply with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
• Lead psychoeducation classes and support groups that empower clients and their families through education about mental health topics.

Your expertise will focus on a diverse client base, primarily made up of school-aged children and adolescents experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues. This population requires not only therapeutic interventions but also strategies for engaging them in their educational environments, making your role essential in bridging their mental health needs with academic success.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, particularly working with younger populations.
• Thorough understanding of a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and their application within a school framework.
• Exceptional interpersonal and assessment skills, enabling you to build strong rapport with clients and their families.

• Experience addressing the unique mental health needs of children and adolescents in an educational context.
• Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and tools to engage remotely with clients.
• Background in collaborating with educators and school psychologists to enhance student well-being.
