As an LPC at Harmony Reach Services, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing a diverse caseload of clients while establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries.
• Conducting regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, stability, and determine the appropriate time for discharge if necessary.
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate documentation of client interactions and progress notes to ensure continuity of care and adherence to best practices.
• Performing intake assessments to evaluate client needs and create initial treatment strategies.
• Engaging in one-on-one supervision to enhance clinical skills and professional development.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Approaching all aspects of work with a growth mindset, focusing on continuous improvement and adaptation to client needs.

Your work will primarily focus on providing services to a broad range of clients, including both adults and children experiencing mental health challenges. You will be equipped to handle various issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics, ensuring that treatment modalities are culturally competent and effective for each individual situation.

The ideal candidate for this LPC position must possess:

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• A current, active, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.
• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating your ability to provide effective psychotherapeutic interventions.
• Strong proficiency in technology, including experience with spreadsheet software, practice management systems, and video conferencing platforms.

Preference will be given to candidates who have:

• Hands-on experience conducting intake assessments with a diverse clientele.
• A proven track record of delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Experience in documenting clinical progress and collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our compensation package includes:
