• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients, addressing both immediate and long-term needs.
• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies, including pre-crisis consultations and tailored crisis management plans.
• Document all client interactions and treatment processes in compliance with regulatory standards, utilizing technology and management software for accurate record-keeping.
• Implement evidence-based intervention strategies and screening tools as part of a multidisciplinary approach to care.
• Collaborate with and provide expertise to community systems, state agencies, and other healthcare professionals to promote comprehensive treatment for clients.
• Engage actively in the clinic's licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest standards of care.
• Foster relationships with local and regional organizations to improve service delivery and exploration of potential funding opportunities.
• Participate in professional development activities, including attending conferences and contributing to state-level initiatives that enhance service delivery in behavioral health.
• Advocate for the agency's mission, values, and ethical standards in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.
• Supervise or mentor junior staff and interns, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will work primarily with diverse populations facing complex issues such as mental illness, substance use disorders, and instances of domestic violence. Your role is crucial in helping clients navigate their challenges, access community resources, and develop coping strategies that foster long-term resilience and recovery. You will be trained to understand the unique cultural and socio-economic backgrounds of clients in Corpus Christi, which is essential to delivering personalized and effective care.

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid state license to practice as a clinical social worker.
• A minimum of two years of supervised clinical experience in a social work or mental health setting.

• Experience working with vulnerable populations and knowledge of community health resources.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a robust salary, we offer:
