As a fully remote position, our Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will conduct counseling sessions using advanced telehealth technology. • Conduct thorough assessments and therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families utilizing secure telehealth platforms.

• Monitor and maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ethical and legal standards.

The licensed therapist will work with a diverse client population dealing with a range of issues, including marital conflicts, family dynamics, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and the therapist will be expected to cultivate an inclusive and understanding environment that promotes healing and growth.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
