• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients’ mental health conditions to inform personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use, and trauma.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions in a culturally sensitive manner, ensuring that client input is valued and integrated into the therapeutic process.
• Provide referrals and collaborate with external healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Document client progress and treatment plans accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems while maintaining confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in continuous professional development and participate in regular team meetings to share insights and strategies for improved service delivery.

In your role, you will interact with a diverse range of clients including adolescents, adults, and families facing mental health challenges. Our clinic emphasizes cultural competence, and as such, you are expected to be sensitive to the varied backgrounds of our clients, which may include different ethnicities, life experiences, and psychological needs. Your ability to adapt interventions to suit individual client contexts will significantly enhance their therapeutic experience and outcomes.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) issued by the state of Illinois.
• A minimum of four years of related, hands-on experience providing mental health counseling.
• A deep understanding of clinical practices related to mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methods.

• Demonstrated experience executing individual and group therapy sessions using inclusive methodologies.
• Strong crisis intervention skills and proven ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect meaningfully with individuals from various backgrounds.
• Experience utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for effective patient management.
• A commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining professional boundaries with clients.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
