• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, utilizing standardized tools and interviewing techniques.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on clients’ unique mental health needs and progress.
• Provide direct one-on-one psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, employing various therapeutic modalities to address clients’ concerns.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions when necessary, encouraging mutual support and growth among participants.
• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed, ensuring that clients remain on track to achieve their therapeutic goals.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in our EMR system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to deliver cohesive mental health care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current with advancements in mental health treatment methodologies and telehealth technologies.
