• Conduct one-on-one video therapy sessions with clients, employing evidence-based approaches to address their mental health needs.
• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to cultivate self-awareness and personal growth.
• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in defining their personal goals while navigating challenges effectively.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health conditions and develop actionable treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
• Utilize a solution-focused approach that draws on clinical expertise to promote skill-building and positive behavioral change.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Engage in regular supervision and continuing education to hone your clinical skills and stay informed of current best practices.

Your primary focus will be working with adults who present with a range of low-acuity mental health challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues, and transitional life struggles. Our goal is to provide supportive and effective therapy that helps clients build resilience and improves their day-to-day functioning.

• A master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Possession of an independent license (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) is mandatory.
• Strong computer literacy skills are essential for managing clinical documentation and client communications.

• Prior experience providing teletherapy or remote counseling services is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to deliver compassionate, client-centered care through a culturally competent lens.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, full-time counselors will receive a monthly healthcare stipend, which underscores our commitment to employee wellness.
