As a remote therapist, you will leverage a modern, user-friendly online platform that serves as your virtual office. This system allows you to efficiently manage appointments, conduct video counseling sessions, and create treatment plans without the burden of excessive paperwork. • Conduct individual counseling sessions via video conferencing, ensuring a safe space for clients to explore their emotions and challenges.
• Facilitate open discussions to help clients gain insight into their behaviors and relationships, fostering personal awareness and growth.
• Serve as an advocate for clients by assisting them in identifying their goals and determining effective strategies to achieve those objectives.
• Assess clients’ mental health conditions and collaborate to develop and implement tailored treatment plans that emphasize a solution-focused approach.
• Utilize our all-in-one digital platform to manage your schedule, communicate with clients, and document treatment progress efficiently.

Your primary focus will be on stable adults who are primarily low-acuity clients. The supportive and cooperative nature of our client base allows you to work towards helping individuals enhance their mental health without the overwhelming challenges sometimes associated with higher-acuity populations.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Must hold a current and valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential, issued by a state board; limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.
• Strong ability to perform professional evaluations and articulate clear recommendations for treatment planning.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients.
• Proficient computer literacy, enabling efficient use of our digital platform and related tools.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in counseling, with proven competency in managing a therapeutic caseload and developing comprehensive treatment plans.
• Experience with teletherapy or remote counseling practices is a plus.
