Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to ascertain clients’ mental health status, utilizing various diagnostic tools and interviewing techniques.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with each client's personal goals, ensuring strategies are suitable for their unique clinical needs.
• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions with adult clients, employing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to empower their journeys toward mental well-being.
• Provide accessible teletherapy sessions as a primary service delivery method, ensuring clients receive consistent care regardless of their geographic location.
• Engage in crisis intervention services when necessary, expertly managing urgent mental health situations with empathy and swift action.
• Participate actively in ongoing professional development efforts, including training workshops and peer consultation, to remain compliant with industry best practices and to hone your therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on adult clients facing a myriad of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and interpersonal relationship challenges. Our practice values a holistic approach to therapy, ensuring that treatment considers the social, environmental, and psychological factors impacting each client’s mental health.

Qualifications

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• A current and active professional license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience working in a mental health setting is expected.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, with additional performance-based bonuses.
