  • Regularly monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
  • Provide timely crisis intervention and support when clients face immediate challenges, ensuring their safety and emotional stability.
  • Maintain meticulous client records that comply with legal and ethical standards, safeguarding client confidentiality.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a comprehensive care strategy for clients.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health practices and therapeutic methodologies through ongoing training and supervision.
  • Exemplify adherence to ethical guidelines and professional standards set forth by your licensing board.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults, many of whom are facing significant mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and substance use issues. You will work closely with clients to identify their individual needs, providing compassionate and tailored care to help them navigate their personal journeys toward recovery.

Qualifications
  • A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A masterโ€™s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

  • A compassionate, empathetic demeanor, along with a non-judgmental attitude towards clientsโ€™ experiences.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities to handle a diverse caseload efficiently.
  • A clean disciplinary history with relevant licensing boards.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in a remote therapy setting is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to use telehealth platforms effectively.
  • Experience working specifically with adolescents and young adults within intensive outpatient programs or similar environments.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

  • Continued education and professional development opportunities to encourage your growth and advancement.
  • A collaborative work environment that values each team memberโ€™s contributions and expertise.
  • The chance to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives, enhancing their emotional and mental well-being.
