• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients during teletherapy sessions, utilizing video-based technology to connect meaningfully with clients.
• Perform detailed mental health evaluations, gathering essential medical data including patient history and mental health status to create an accurate understanding of each patient’s needs.
• Design and implement individualized behavioral health treatment plans that focus on achieving measurable outcomes, while adapting to patients' feedback and progress.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic support, employing contemporary techniques and strategies to ensure effective treatment and patient satisfaction.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient interactions, including therapy notes and evaluation results, in compliance with confidentiality regulations and organizational policies.
• Engage in professional development by staying informed about advances in evidence-based psychosocial interventions through continuing education.

As a Remote Mental Health Therapist, you will work with a wide variety of clients who seek support for various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and stress-related disorders. Targeting a broad demographic ranging from adolescents to adults, your work will focus on tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet individual patient needs, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship that promotes long-term wellness and recovery.

• Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Art Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid state license (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) is required.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, to effectively engage with clients in a virtual setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills that foster empathetic connections with clients, critical for providing effective mental health support.
• Competency in utilizing electronic clinical systems for documentation and communication purposes.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is highly desirable, enhancing accessibility for a broader client population.

• A minimum of two years of related experience in mental health counseling, ideally in a remote or telehealth setting.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems, demonstrating proficiency in utilizing technology for client management.
• A strong commitment to staying informed on contemporary therapeutic practices and willingness to engage in continuous learning.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, successful candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
