St. Paul Behavioral Health Center is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This role involves providing high-quality mental health services primarily through telehealth methods to meet the diverse needs of our clients. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will play a critical role in evaluating clients’ mental health status, creating tailored therapy plans, and supporting clients through various psychological challenges.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health upon intake to determine their needs and establish rapport.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address client-specific issues and track progress over time.
• Provide regular therapy sessions, utilizing both individual and group approaches, to foster a safe and supportive environment for clients.
• Equip clients with coping mechanisms and strategies to navigate daily challenges, promoting long-term success and recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for each client.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment outcomes in our electronic health record (EHR) system to maintain accurate records.

You will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to substance abuse, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and eating disorders. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.
• Currently possess a valid and active state license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
• A minimum of four years of post-graduate experience in providing mental health counseling.
• Strong foundation in understanding mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Proficient delivery of therapy through both individual and group settings, employing inclusive methodologies.
• Excellent crisis intervention skills with the capacity to maintain professionalism in high-stress situations.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.

• A background in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems, facilitating efficient client management and record-keeping.
• Experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams to promote comprehensive client care.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical guidelines in counseling practices.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
