This remote position enables you to facilitate therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, offering flexibility while ensuring that our clients receive necessary support in a safe environment. • Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments of clients’ mental health concerns, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses and develop effective, personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, group therapy, and family counseling, employing a variety of evidence-based modalities tailored to address the distinct goals and needs of each client.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, collaborating with emergency services when necessary to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Document and maintain client records meticulously, including treatment plans and progress notes, while adhering to legal standards and ethical guidelines to protect client confidentiality.
• Engage in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive, holistic care that addresses the multifaceted nature of mental health.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment pathways, and available community resources, advocating for clients' rights and needs.
• Commit to ongoing professional development by staying abreast of best practices in mental health therapy through training, workshops, and participation in relevant industry conferences.

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
• A master's or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of two years of related experience in mental health counseling or a similar capacity is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, complemented by strong interpersonal abilities.

• A demonstrated commitment to the highest ethical and professional standards in mental health practice.

• Previous clinical experience in a telehealth setting is advantageous but not mandatory for candidates willing to learn.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
