• Conduct thorough assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that address each client's unique needs and objectives.
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Actively engage clients in therapeutic processes, empowering them to achieve their personal mental health goals.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Regularly participate in professional development opportunities to remain informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create a network of support for your clients, ensuring a comprehensive approach to their mental health journey.

This position involves working with a diverse client base, ranging from adolescents to seniors, each facing different challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding clients through their mental health struggles and towards improved overall well-being, contributing significantly to their personal growth and resilience.

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Possession of an active Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) license in Vermont.
• Demonstrated experience working with a diverse population, showcasing cultural competence and empathy.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic practices and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently while also being an enthusiastic collaborator within a team.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a clinical mental health setting.
• Experience with telehealth services and technology-driven counseling approaches.
• Prior work with clients from various socio-economic backgrounds and varying mental health challenges.
