As an LICSW at Gotham Enterprises, you will be entrusted with key responsibilities that include but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough assessments of students to identify emotional and psychological needs.
• Developing individualized treatment plans that align with each student’s specific challenges and strengths.
• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at fostering resilience and coping skills.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records using our electronic health record system to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of educators, psychologists, and support staff to enhance therapeutic interventions and overall student well-being.
• Staying current with best practices and emerging research to inform treatment approaches.

Your primary focus will be on students who experience emotional and behavioral challenges that impact their academic performance and personal growth. This includes children and adolescents grappling with trauma, anxiety, and depression. Your expertise will guide these young individuals towards positive outcomes, helping them navigate their social, emotional, and academic environments more effectively.

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Vermont.
• Strong assessment skills and proficiency in developing tailored treatment plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
