In this pivotal role, you will assess the psychological and emotional needs of patients, develop tailored treatment plans, and facilitate effective therapy for individuals, families, couples, and groups. Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' ongoing biopsychosocial needs by conducting comprehensive assessments and identifying issues that require attention.
  • Develop evidence-based treatment plans customized to each patient's unique circumstances, aiming to facilitate symptom resolution and improved daily functioning.
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, either as a primary therapist or co-therapist, ensuring that interventions are clinically appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in adherence to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Participate in case management activities, offering insights and coordinating with other team members regarding comprehensive patient care.
  • Conduct triage evaluations and crisis interventions in partnership with both outpatient and inpatient teams.
