Our remote work setting allows for flexibility while maintaining a robust support system. The position is primarily home-based but involves consistent connection with colleagues and clients using telehealth platforms. Our outpatient office approach allows therapists to work with clients virtually, ensuring access to quality care for those who may be unable to engage in traditional face-to-face therapy. Generally, work hours are scheduled from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some degree of scheduling flexibility based on patient needs.

As a licensed mental health therapist with Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs, strengths, and goals.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans, integrating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at improving clients' coping strategies, emotional regulation, and overall mental health.
• Offer crisis intervention and support to clients during acute mental health emergencies.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and administrative staff to enhance patient care coordination.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings to share insights and improve treatment strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interaction, progress notes, and treatment outcomes while adhering to HIPAA compliance.

Our patient population is diverse, representing various backgrounds and presenting issues. You will work with adolescents, adults, and families seeking assistance for mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use. To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health conditions, assessment tools, and therapeutic modalities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of clients.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and utilize technology for documentation and communication.
• Commitment to professional ethics and continuous learning in the field of mental health.

While not mandatory, the following experiences may provide a competitive edge in our selection process:

• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly in an outpatient mental health setting.
• Previous role in facilitating psychoeducational groups or workshops.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 80,000 and 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
