Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients' needs, formulate accurate diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans that align with their therapeutic goals.
  • Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy, adapting methodologies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), or other practices to each client's unique context.
  • Deliver timely crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute psychological distress, ensuring their immediate safety and well-being.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including assessment results, progress notes, and treatment plans, in full compliance with ethical and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health topics, available treatment options, and pertinent community resources, advocating for their needs and rights.

Qualifications
