• Provide individual and couples therapy sessions, aiding clients in various age ranges to navigate their mental health challenges effectively.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans, through our designated electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Efficiently manage a caseload of clients, scheduling appointments while ensuring optimal client flow and timely follow-up for ongoing care.
• Utilize a billing service for processing claims and managing both client and insurance accounts, ensuring smooth financial operations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance therapeutic proficiency and stay abreast of the latest mental health practices.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Main Street Health Center PC, you will be working with a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families. Your responsibility will include addressing a wide range of clinical presentations and mental health conditions, allowing you to apply your unique skills and approaches to various therapeutic scenarios. The position emphasizes building meaningful therapeutic relationships, creating a supportive environment for healing and growth.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Valid licensure to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• Exceptional professionalism, integrity, and the ability to maintain strong therapeutic boundaries with clients.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and maintain documentation effectively.
• Experience with cultural competency that enhances client rapport and provides inclusive therapy.

• Significant training and/or experience in providing therapy for couples will be viewed favorably.
• An established understanding of treatment modalities and approaches that cater to a variety of clinical presentations will be advantageous.
• Prior experience in a school setting or working with youth, families, and educational professionals is a plus.
