• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and emotional states, using standardized diagnostic tools and questionnaires.
• Develop and execute comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that align with the specific goals and needs of each client.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms.
• Monitor and document clients' progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, including developing safety plans and connecting clients to additional resources when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring appropriate documentation practices.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to provide integrated and holistic care to clients.
• Engage in regular professional development activities, including attending workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health treatment.
• Support the adherence to ethical guidelines set forth by relevant licensing boards, ensuring that our practice continually meets high professional standards.

Our clients come from various backgrounds, dealing with a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship challenges. As a therapist, you will work primarily with adult clients who are motivated to seek help and engage actively in their treatment process. Your role will be pivotal in facilitating their healing journeys, helping them to cultivate resilience and develop coping strategies.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) is essential.
