You will earn a competitive salary within the range of USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, with additional performance-based incentives.

• Deliver virtual therapy sessions using a CBT framework tailored to individual client needs and goals.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation through our integrated Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, ensuring compliance and clarity in client care.
• Participate in weekly clinical consultations to enhance service delivery, stay current with best practices, and engage with peers.
• Manage caseloads efficiently, allowing for effective time management and adherence to weekly scheduling norms, free from after-hours duties including nights and weekends.
• Contribute to developing treatment plans and interventions based on evidence-based practices, specifically focusing on enhancing clients' mental health and wellness.

• An active, independent license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.
• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in a relevant behavioral health field, demonstrating a strong foundation in mental health theories and practices.
• At least two years of clinical experience in a counseling setting, with a preference for direct experience in a telehealth environment.

• Demonstrated expertise in CBT techniques and familiarity with digital health tools that enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Experience in conducting virtual therapy sessions effectively, maintaining client engagement and rapport over digital platforms.
