• Conduct secure and confidential virtual counseling sessions utilizing advanced telehealth technology, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
• Perform in-depth assessments of clients’ mental health concerns and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions designed to support clients in navigating emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, ensuring client safety and appropriate follow-up care.
• Maintain thorough and accurate electronic health records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, documenting client progress and treatment plans clearly.
• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, offering coping strategies and resources to empower them in managing their own mental health effectively.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to deliver comprehensive care, coordinating efforts to achieve the best client outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health practices and teletherapy.

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma-related issues. Your approach will be tailored to the unique needs of each client, enabling you to empower them in their journey toward recovery and personal growth. Given the remote nature of this position, you will be serving clients across different geographical locations, requiring flexibility in scheduling and communication.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida.
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field, with a master's degree preferred.
• At least two years of experience in mental health counseling, particularly with a focus on individual therapy.
• Strong knowledge and experience with telehealth platforms is highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients in a virtual setting.
• Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality in all counseling practices.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.

• Prior experience in providing telehealth counseling services that demonstrates proficiency in virtual client engagement.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and the ability to respond effectively under pressure.
• Experience in working with a diverse client base and understanding of cultural competency within mental health care.
