What does a full time remote technical recruiter do?

A Full Time Remote Technical Recruiter is responsible for finding, assessing, and hiring technical professionals for companies, all while working from a remote location. They manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing candidates online, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
