• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to identify client needs accurately.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, considering their specific circumstances and cultural backgrounds.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), across individual, couple, family, and group sessions.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain precise clinical documentation that adheres to established policies and regulatory guidelines, including progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Educate clients and families about mental health conditions, equipping them with the knowledge to manage issues more effectively.
• Work closely with a diverse multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers to foster coordinated care for all patients.
• Regularly assess treatment outcomes to evaluate and adjust clients' treatment plans, ensuring efficacy and relevance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and emerging trends within the field of mental health.

Our Detox Center facilitates the recovery journey for clients facing substance use disorders and other behavioral health concerns. You will engage with a varied population, focusing on individuals who are at risk, have faced trauma, and require intensive support to navigate their recovery processes. Each client presents a unique narrative, and your role is to provide compassionate and tailored interventions that empower them toward lasting wellness.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Ability to provide independent and collaborative care within a multidisciplinary environment.
