Panoramic Healing & Wellness is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team on a full-time basis. This position is entirely remote, designed to support our clinicians in providing patient-centered care while allowing for flexible scheduling. You will be part of a compassionate team composed of licensed professionals, including social workers, psychologists, and psychiatric specialists. As an LCSW, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Performing comprehensive clinical assessments to ascertain the psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients.
• Developing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, ensuring that interventions align with each patient’s unique needs.
• Utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate meaningful change in patients’ lives.
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring patient confidentiality and adherence to national standards.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians and nursing staff, to coordinate holistic care and enhance treatment outcomes.
• Participating actively in case consultations and peer review meetings to improve the quality of care across the organization.
• Providing education to patients and their families regarding mental health concerns, coping strategies, and available community resources.
• Staying current with the latest research in the field of social work, actively integrating new knowledge into your practice.

You will work primarily with patients and families within the hospice setting, addressing a variety of emotional and psychological needs associated with terminal illness and end-of-life care. Your role is crucial in helping families navigate challenges, process grief, and find peace during difficult transitions. Your empathy and clinical expertise will significantly impact the lives of those you serve, making a tangible difference in their quality of life.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• A valid and current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services is essential.
• Demonstrated knowledge of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to problem-solve effectively.

We value candidates with additional training or certifications in areas specific to hospice and palliative care, as well as experience with grief counseling. Previous experience in a remote work setting will be considered an asset, alongside familiarity with telehealth practices.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
