• Administer comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate a mix of individual and group therapy tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Conduct therapy sessions with clients, promoting positive behavioral changes and offering strategies to overcome dependencies effectively.
• Establish realistic and ethical treatment goals collaboratively with clients, ensuring they align with best practices and legal standards.
• Maintain meticulous and updated documentation of client progress, including thorough records of assessments and treatment plans that comply with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate closely with the clinical director on chart audits and ensure that individual and group notes are accurately signed off.
• Foster and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders while participating in staff meetings and clinical supervision sessions to enhance treatment quality.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing service delivery and patient experience.
• Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, liaising with psychiatrists, nurses, and other professionals to coordinate and optimize care for clients.

As a Clinical Social Worker at The Forge Recovery Center, you will primarily work with individuals dealing with various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Your role will involve understanding the complexities of dual diagnosis situations and providing the necessary support and interventions tailored to each client's circumstances. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, or a related field.
• A current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
• At least two years of direct clinical experience in social work, particularly within substance use or mental health settings.
• Solid understanding of mental health issues along with case management praxis.
• Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office and KIPU Systems Client Management Software to document and manage client information effectively.
• Outstanding clinical assessment and interpersonal skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience in group facilitation and therapeutic practices that promote recovery and well-being.
• Experience in diverse clinical environments, showcasing adaptability and resourcefulness in different treatment settings.
• Engagement in professional development activities and continuing education to stay abreast of current trends and best practices in mental health care.

The compensation for this position falls within a competitive range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and contributions.
