Full-Time Remote LCSW Therapist | Kentucky Telehealth Behavioral Health Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote behavioral health therapy to clients in Kentucky. This role is centered on consistent clinical care, clear communication, and helping clients work through concerns that affect their mental health, relationships, work, family life, and overall stability.

As an LCSW in this telehealth position, you will provide assessment, therapy, treatment planning, and ongoing support through secure video sessions. The work is structured, client-focused, and ideal for a clinician who wants a full-time remote role without stepping away from meaningful therapy practice.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver online therapy sessions to clients through a secure telehealth system
  • Complete intake evaluations and gather relevant clinical, social, and behavioral information
  • Develop care plans that match client goals, symptoms, and treatment needs
  • Support clients working through anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, adjustment concerns, and interpersonal issues
  • Use clinically appropriate interventions while staying within LCSW practice standards
  • Document session details, progress, treatment updates, and risk concerns accurately
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding care expectations and next steps
  • Recognize when clients may need additional services, referrals, or safety planning
  • Follow HIPAA, telehealth, and Kentucky clinical social work requirements
  • Maintain a professional, private remote setup for all therapy sessions

Requirements

  • Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW license in Kentucky
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical counseling or therapy experience preferred
  • Experience providing therapy to adults, families, couples, or diverse client populations
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and online documentation tools
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and time management
  • Ability to work independently while following clinical and ethical guidelines
  • Must have a private, professional remote workspace and reliable internet connection
