This role is designed to be entirely remote, utilizing digital platforms to conduct therapy sessions effectively. • Conduct virtual individual and group therapy sessions using telehealth software, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all clients.
• Develop, implement, and continuously refine tailored treatment plans based on individual assessments, therapeutic goals, and client feedback.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and mental health specialists, to provide an integrated approach to care.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and organizational standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in regular case reviews to enhance therapeutic practices and outcomes.

As an LICSW at Calm Space Counseling Group, you will work extensively with a diverse range of clients. This includes children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related disorders. Your role is pivotal in fostering resilience and offering tools for coping within these populations, contributing positively to their overall mental health and well-being.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active LICSW license in the state of Massachusetts, permitting independent clinical practice.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting post-licensure, demonstrating competency in providing mental health services.
• Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing effective treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• A strong commitment to delivering ethical, inclusive, and client-centered care, adhering to professional standards and best practices.

• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and effective virtual counseling methods.
• Experience in crisis intervention and response, assisting clients in high-stress situations.

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $110,000 per year, with opportunities for annual performance reviews and adjustments based on contributions to the team. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
