• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree is preferred to better equip you for advanced therapeutic techniques.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist is mandatory (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a focus on evidence-based practices.
