• Conduct detailed assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, taking into account their unique backgrounds and experiences.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on promoting personal growth and emotional well-being.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and narrative therapy, to best meet the needs of your clients.
• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, track their progress, and make necessary adjustments to treatment strategies.
• Document sessions thoroughly in a secure electronic health record system while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to foster a culture of ongoing professional development.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist at Enlightenment Psychotherapy Services, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families of varying backgrounds. You will be equipped to address complex relational dynamics and mental health issues affecting both adults and children, creating a supportive and therapeutic environment for healing and growth.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• A current, valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience working with diverse populations.
• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with clients and foster a warm, trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Experience utilizing teletherapy platforms and techniques to provide remote counseling effectively.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in family systems therapy, child and adolescent therapy, and crisis intervention.
• Proficiency in working with a broad spectrum of behavioral health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
