Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date electronic health records, including clinical documentation and progress notes, in accordance with our organizational policies and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to formulate and implement individualized treatment plans, focusing on psychosocial assessments and evidence-based interventions.
  • Act as a key communicator, regularly interacting with physicians and other healthcare professionals to discuss client progress, address immediate needs, and identify potential barriers to treatment.
  • Create a conducive and professional home office environment, ensuring a quiet space conducive to therapy sessions with reliable technological capabilities.
  • Foster your own self-care practices, establish healthy boundaries, and commit to ongoing professional development to enhance the quality of care provided to clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele ranging from individuals experiencing anxiety and depression to those dealing with more complex mental health issues such as substance use disorders. Your role is pivotal in guiding clients through their recovery journeys, utilizing a compassionate and individualized approach that highlights their strengths and fosters resilience.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, with active licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
  • Minimum of two years of experience providing virtual counseling services, demonstrating proficiency in teletherapy practices.
  • Currently licensed or actively pursuing licensure with the Board of Behavioral Sciences.
  • Well-equipped home office with consistent access to internet and essential communication tools.
