Silver Wing Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. Work Environment

This position is designed for a remote work setting while maintaining an outpatient focus that allows your expertise to reach clients effectively. You will have the flexibility of managing your schedule while collaborating with colleagues through digital platforms. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health conditions to determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.
  • Design personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, integrating evidence-based practices.
  • Facilitate regular therapy sessions with clients, providing support, guidance, and practical tools to help them navigate their challenges.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress in EHR systems, ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, for comprehensive client care.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • A current and valid license (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) is required for practice in the state of Massachusetts.
  • A minimum of four years of experience in a clinical setting, working with a variety of mental health conditions.
  • A comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders and the application of evidence-based treatment methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with a diverse client population.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing crisis situations calmly and efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits
