• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being, identifying key issues and diagnosing conditions as necessary.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored specifically to meet each client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, which may include individual, family, and group therapy, ensuring a personalized approach to healing.
• Continuously monitor and document clients' progress, regularly updating treatment plans to reflect changes in their circumstances or needs.
• Provide crisis intervention and support, ensuring immediate and compassionate care for clients experiencing acute distress.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and secure client records in adherence to all relevant legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in regular collaboration with other professionals on the treatment team, sharing insights and strategies to facilitate multi-faceted care.
• Stay informed on the latest advancements in mental health treatment and research, integrating new methodologies into practice as applicable.
• Participate in professional supervision and continuous training opportunities, explicitly focusing on enhancing your clinical skills and knowledge.
• Uphold ethical guidelines and professional standards as established by relevant licensing boards and organizational policies.

Your role will focus on serving a diverse clientele at our community health clinic in Rochester, New York. You will work with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. • A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in New York (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R).
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to connect empathetically with clients from varied backgrounds.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work alongside a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of ethical practices and legal considerations in the field of mental health.

• Minimum of three years of experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably within a community health setting.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a wide range of mental health issues.
• Proven ability to create and implement effective treatment plans that deliver positive client outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with additional bonus opportunities based on performance.
