Job description

Job Summary:
The Dignify Solutions, LLC is seeking an Oracle Database Lead with MySQL expertise to strengthen their database management capabilities. The role involves overseeing the performance tuning, optimization, and support of enterprise-level Oracle and MySQL databases, ensuring high availability and adherence to SLAs.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8–10 years of hands-on experience with MySQL and Oracle databases in enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
• MySQL SQL, stored procedures, and indexing
• Proven experience in database performance tuning and optimization
• Strong understanding of data modeling, normalization, and relational database design
• Experience with backup, recovery, replication, and high availability solutions
• Hands-on experience supporting production databases with SLAs
• Good understanding of Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Preferred:
• Experience with cloud databases (AWS RDS, Aurora, Oracle on cloud, Azure DB services)
• Exposure to database migration tools or replication (e.g., Golden Gate)
• Knowledge of DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and automation for database deployments
• Experience in BFSI or large-scale enterprise systems
