• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, identifying mental health challenges and establishing individualized treatment plans tailored to their circumstances.
• Facilitate therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques to address diverse mental health issues.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical guidelines and state regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals, referring clients to necessary external resources while participating in staff meetings to discuss treatment strategies and client outcomes.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending webinars, workshops, and training sessions relevant to teletherapy and mental health practices.

The clients you will serve represent a rich mosaic of experiences, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Your expertise will contribute to creating individualized treatment paths that prioritize their unique needs and goals, making a significant impact in their healing journeys.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Possess an active and valid license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in the state of California.
• Strong proficiency in utilizing virtual therapy tools and platforms; familiarity with telehealth best practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empowering approach to client care.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct mental health counseling experience, preferably in a telehealth setting.
• Experience working with a diverse clientele and communities, showcasing cultural competency and sensitivity.
• Familiarity with documentation and billing processes associated with telehealth services.
