• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their mental health status, identifying areas of concern and personal goals for therapy.

• Engage in regular therapeutic sessions through a telehealth platform, providing ongoing support and tools to help clients navigate their challenges effectively.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists or primary care physicians, to ensure comprehensive support for clients’ needs.
• Document patient progress meticulously to track outcomes and adjust treatment plans as necessary, utilizing electronic health record systems.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case management and share best practices within the team.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients who are seeking help for various mental health concerns. These may include individuals recovering from substance use disorders, coping with anxiety and depression, or seeking support for eating disorders. Your ability to build rapport and provide empathetic, individualized care is essential to fostering a therapeutic relationship and achieving positive patient outcomes.

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Demonstrated clinical experience in a similar role, adept in various therapeutic modalities.
• Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and active listening skills to enhance client interactions.
• Proficiency in telehealth technologies and digital documentation tools.

• Experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable.
• Previous work with diverse populations and various mental health conditions is a plus.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, with the potential for a sign-on bonus.
