You will work in a community health clinic setting virtually, engaging with clients through video conferences and teletherapy platforms. • Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic services tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, followed by the creation of personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, to cater to diverse client situations.
• Collaborate with clients to set measurable goals and continuously monitor their progress throughout the treatment process.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards to facilitate ongoing quality care.
• Engage with our easy-to-use platform for efficient scheduling and documentation processes, allowing for a streamlined experience in managing your caseload.

You will work with a wide range of clients from various backgrounds, ages, and presenting issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. Your contributions are vital to improving their mental health outcomes and enhancing their overall quality of life. Your expertise will enable you to build meaningful therapeutic relationships and foster change.

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.
• A valid license from the State Board to provide therapy independently (e.g., LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD).
