• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the clinical needs of clients and develop comprehensive, tailored treatment plans that target their unique situations.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing a range of evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and well-being during critical times.
• Document client interactions meticulously, maintaining accurate and confidential records of treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, participating in case reviews and multi-disciplinary meetings to coordinate holistic care for clients.
• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources. Advocate assertively for client needs and rights in various settings.
• Engage in continuous professional development, utilizing training opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest therapeutic practices and interventions.

• Valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LMFT, LMHC, LCSW).

• At least two years of relevant experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

• Experience working in a clinical setting is highly desirable, although we welcome applications from entry-level candidates who meet the licensure requirements.
