Position Overview

Grand Garden Psychotherapy Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our passionate team in a full-time remote role. This position is a cornerstone of our therapeutic community, where you will engage deeply with clients to facilitate their mental health journeys. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the clinical needs of clients and develop comprehensive, tailored treatment plans that target their unique situations.
  • Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing a range of evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and well-being during critical times.
  • Document client interactions meticulously, maintaining accurate and confidential records of treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, participating in case reviews and multi-disciplinary meetings to coordinate holistic care for clients.
  • Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources. Advocate assertively for client needs and rights in various settings.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups from diverse cultural backgrounds. Qualifications
  • Valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LMFT, LMHC, LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits
