This role is conducted via telehealth, allowing counselors flexibility in meeting with clients while ensuring their comfort and convenience. • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the needs of clients.
• Evaluate and monitor client progress throughout their treatment plans, adjusting strategies as necessary to facilitate optimal recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow mental health professionals including psychologists, psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers to develop comprehensive intervention plans.
• Provide timely follow-ups with medical professionals for clients who may require inpatient care, ensuring continuous support and communication.
• Identify potential barriers to recovery and proactively implement strategies to help clients overcome these challenges.
• Support family members and primary caregivers in understanding and managing mental health challenges, fostering a supportive home environment for clients.

The clients you will serve range from individuals experiencing acute mental health crises to those seeking ongoing support for chronic conditions. Your expertise will assist clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
